Plitvice lakes

One day trip to one of the most beautiful natural sights in Europe.

Plitvice national park (NP) is the oldest and the most famous NP in Croatia and one of the most beautiful natural sights in Europe! On our visit we will walk along all the 16 lakes, drive with the panoramic boat, visit the Great Waterfall and see ourselves why has UNESCO enlisted this exciting, rare and unique pearl of nature on the WORLD NATURAL HERITAGE LIST.

• Departure from Zagreb main bus station at 08:00h (stations 500- 505)
• Arrival to Plitvice lakes at 10:30h (short pause for coffee, WC, etc.)
• Visit of the NP – a beautiful panoramic walk along the lakes with our guide – a tour of all the 16 lakes (approx. 4h walk) – a shorter walk can be arranged according to preferences – rendez-vous point must be agreed with our guide
• Free time for lunch (local restaurant offering traditional meals; 10-20€) or picnic during the walk
• Deprature for Zagreb at 17:00h
• Arrival at 19:30h

WHAT TO BRING?

• Sufficient quantity of water or some other drinking product (min 1l / person
• Spare and warm clothes and a raincoat in case of bad / cold weather
